Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker? Yes please!
There’s a Joker movie coming out and it’s going to star Joaquin Phoenix as the master of crime, the Joker. We know the actor from movies like ‘Her’ and ‘Walk the Line’.
The movie is set to release on October 4th 2019, so for the title is: ‘Untitled Joker Origin Movie’.
The movie will explore how the Joker became the criminal mastermind and it’s going to have a dark tone “exploration of a man disregarded by society that is not only a gritty character study, but also a broader cautionary tale.”
Now it’s been revealed that Alec Baldwin is going to star as Thomas Wayne, Bruce Wayne aka Batman’s dad. The film also stars Robert DeNiro and Marc Maron.
Martin Scorsese was going to direct the project but pulled out a month ago. ‘Borat’ and ‘Old School’ director Todd Phillips is going to direct the upcoming movie with a budget of 55 million dollars.
