Birdman reveals who he thinks is the best female rapper
Birdman joined Ebro on Beats 1 to promote the documentary, Before Anythang: The Cash Money Story. Birdman said that he thinks Nicki Minaj “is the best female rapper ever in hip-hop history”.
He compares her to Missy Elliot and Lil Kim, saying she’s had more success than them not only in the music business but as an overall icon as well.
“They took it, but not to that level,” he continued. “Missy went a little further than Kim….but not the level that Nicki at. She’s got the fashion, she just the icon. They got enough room in this game for everybody. With no disrespect, she’s got it, hands down.”
Nicki has been out of the spotlight for some time now working on her new album, and we can’t wait any longer.
We agree with Birdman but Missy Elliot and Lil Kim will always be our favorites too!
