Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion dropped their new music video over the weekend and we’re pretty sure it’s one of the best videos of the year. Why is it one of the best? Well where do we start… it’s the sick beat of the song, its the choreography (who knew that these two can bust some moves), it’s the multi-themed scenes which look like they cost a fortune (think Neon wigs, and leopard-print galore filmed in a pastel colored mansion).
If we’re going to keep listing reasons why the video is legendary, there won’t be an end to it; a collab from Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion, two of the most iconic women in hip-hop, is enough said. But we can’t help but mention that it’s generously endowed with celeb cameos! That’s right, Normani, Rosalía, Mulatto, Rubi Rose and Sukihana all made cameos in the video.
The lady with the most powerful cameo is non other that Kylie Jenner herself; the music stops and is replaced by the sound of her clicking heels. The camera then zooms out of her cheetah-print outfit to revel her identity. She says nothing at all in the video, yet warrants a 25-second pause.
