An Air India Express flight that was bound for Dubai, made an emergency landing in Muscat, after crew members noticed a burning smell from one of the vents.
The flight was coming in from India’s Kozhikode, and upon arrival at Muscat International Airport, on-ground engineering teams carried out inspections on the aircraft. According to reports, there was no evidence of smoke from either the engine or APU, and that there was no smell of fuel, oil or hydrogen contamination.
