The album features collabs with Drake, Travis Scott, Young Thug and more.
Future originally titled his eighth studio album Life Is Good: “It’s about life and being good and just enjoying life” he said. But he dropped the album on Friday (May 15th) with a new title High Off Life, and a new video as well.
The album was executive produced by longtime Future collaborator DJ Esco and features collabs with Travis Scott, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Young Thug, Meek Mill and Lil Uzi Vert.
Drake of course, is also on the album with whom he worked on the song Life Is Good. It’s remix form is the closing track on High Off Life with new verses from DaBaby and Lil Baby. The album isn’t the sequel to Drake and Future 2015’s What a Time to Be Alive that some fans had hoped for, but hey! We’re getting there..
Future’s new album also comes on the heels of re-releasing three of his 2010’s mixtapes on streaming services last month. Future released Beast Mode (2015 mixtape with Zaytoven), 56 Nights (2015 mixtape with DJ Esco), and 2016’s Purple Reign to streaming services for the first time, on three consecutive Thursdays in April.
Along with his album, Future dropped a music video and then another one 3 days later… Click the links below to get litt!
