Thursday, 11th of January is the day that His Majesty the Sultan made his accession to power.
Several leaders, crown princes and senior officials of Arab and friendly countries, sent cables of greetings to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on the occasion of Accession Day.
On this occasion, His Majesty the Sultan also received several local greetings from ministers, commanders of the Sultan’s Armed Forces and the ROP, members of the State Council, members of the Shura Council, Oman ambassadors, sheikhs, and Omani citizens.
