His Majesty’s Historic State Visit to Qatar has Officially Ended!

His Majesty the Sultan paid a visit to the Gulf nation at the kind invitation of the Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and before he left, He also officially invited His Highness the Emir of Qatar to the Sultanate.

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik’s historic state visit to Qatar, which took place from November 22nd to November 23rd, 2021, has officially ended.

During the visit, the two sides signed several agreements in the areas of military, taxes, investment, tourism, transport, and labour, and they held extensive bilateral talks that looked into their current relations and discussed ways to strengthen them.

The two sides also released a joint statement, where they affirmed the common desire for cooperation in different areas, including in the field of clean energy. They also discussed increasing investment opportunities, establishing partnerships and military cooperation.
