Penalties for violators of Supreme Committee rules were updated today
The ROP made some changes in the fines for violating the Supreme Committee decisions:
- The fine for not following instructions on home and institutional quarantine is now OMR 300.
- The penalty for commercial shops and private firms who do not follow Supreme Committee decisions is a OMR 3000 fine and a one-month closure.
- The fine for refusal to conduct or re-conduct the COVID-19 test is OMR 300.
- The fine for refusal to register for Tarassud for those who are required to do so is OMR 300.
