This comes after the government recently announced a long-term residency program, to lure in foreign investors to the country.
The ROP announced the registration fees for foreign investors’ visas.
If it is a 10-year-visa:
- OMR 500 for registration (to be renewed every three years at the same cost)
- OMR 100 for the residence permit of the wife and kids (to be renewed every three years at the same cost)
If it is a 5-year visa:
- OMR 300 for registration (to be renewed every three years at the same cost)
- OMR 50 for the residence permit of the wife and kids (to be renewed every three years at the same cost)
