Schengen visa to cost more from Feb for travellers from Oman

Starting Feb. Schengen visas will cost approx: 35% more.

“As of February 2, 2020, the Schengen visa fee per person (Short Stay Visa) will increase from 60 to 80 euros or the equivalent amount in your local currency. For children between 6-12 years old the visa fee will increase to 40 euros or equivalent,” the VFS Global statement says.

Currently there are 26 countries listed in the Schengen list of countries, including Italy, Denmark, Spain and Sweden to name a few.
