Elton John’s bio pic called ‘Rocketman’ will be released on May 30th.
Taron Egerton is playing Elton John, and it follows Elton’s transformation from shy piano prodigy into international superstar.
Elton John chose Taron Egerton to play him in the movie saying: ‘It was so important that the music I composed and recorded had to sung by Taron. I wanted his interpretation of me through the lyrics and my music not just acting.’
The soundtrack will feature Elton John’s classic songs like ‘Pinball Wizard’, ‘Benny and the Jets’, and ‘Goodbye Yellow Brick Road’. And a brand new song called ‘I’m Gonna Love Me Again’.
