Oman Air Cancels Several Flights Until March 15 Amid Regional Airspace Closures

The national carrier Oman Air confirmed a series of flight cancellations affecting several cities.

Oman Air has announced the cancellation of flights to and from several destinations between Monday, March 9, and Sunday, March 15, 2026, citing ongoing regional airspace closures. The airline confirmed that the affected destinations include Amman (AMM), Dubai (DXB), Bahrain (BAH), Doha (DOH), Dammam (DMM), Kuwait (KWI), Copenhagen (CPH), Baghdad (BGW), and Khasab (KHS).

According to Oman Air, the decision was taken due to operational disruptions linked to airspace restrictions across parts of the region. To minimise the impact on passengers, the airline said additional flights have been added where possible to help accommodate affected travellers. Guests are encouraged to check the latest flight updates through Oman Air’s website or mobile app and manage their bookings online. The airline apologised for any inconvenience caused and thanked passengers for their understanding and cooperation during the disruption.
